I’m Nina, a jewelry designer by day and a lifelong maker by night. I’ve always loved creating things with my hands, whether that’s painting, crocheting, sewing, or drawing. For me, making has always been a way to turn the things I love into something tangible.

I’ve always loved animals, from the pet rats I grew up with to my own dog, Thumper, who became the muse for my very first pet portrait. That first painting sparked a love for capturing the personalities and little details that make our pets so special, and animal portraits have remained a favorite part of my work ever since. Pets are truly one of the best parts of life.

While animals make up much of my personal work, I’m always drawn to the opportunity to try something new. I love painting the occasional landscape, experimenting with different subjects, and challenging myself to explore a new style or technique.
